I know the first holiday season after the death of a loved one is always difficult, but I have good family and friends who do not allow me to spend too much time alone. So I spent this weekend with friends, and I will spend the coming weekend with family. My manager at work even allowed me to ask for Christmas Day off so I could go see said family. I will be seeing more friends the weekend after Christmas, and then attend a party at work.
