The covenant was that never again would the world be drowned as it just had been for the sins of the people.  God\u2019s promise to mankind of a new future.  God\u2019s rainbow is a central part of the Christian culture, and we all know that cultural appropriation is bad.  We all know that culture is not a costume, and that appropriating other people\u2019s culture is Not Allowed in our fair and loving world of today.  It is a Bad Thing.
