Three years after January 6, less than 300 Protestors have been charged with a violent crime. What violence did they commit? Many charges say they pushed or struck Officers. Many are charged with using their flagpoles as weapons. Many with using bear spray, pepper spray, and similar irritants. Some with using other weapons of opportunity obtained on the Capitol grounds. I\u2019ve even seen a few accused of using batons and similar devices. I\u2019ve heard rumors of blades or firearms, but can\u2019t find charges of them in the publicly available databases.
