The last couple weeks I\u2019ve had some odd pains in my hands. I first noticed that it hurt to do the copy and paste function. Stretching my pinky was seriously painful. Then I noticed that whenever I touched something with it, it hurt. So I started finding alternate ways of doing everything to give my pinkies a rest while trying to figure out what had hurt them. And then one day I grabbed my table, put it in my lap to use it, and rested it on my pinkies. And both pinkies screamed at me. Seriously. I was using my devices too much. So I found a different way to hold my devices, because being able to type is way more important to me than holding a phone or tablet. And my hands are returning to normal already.
