Most of us grew up in an America where political disagreement was a matter for politics, and live went on in real America. That is not the case anymore. Congressmen shot on the baseball diamond. Police shot on the streets. A presidential candidate shot on the campaign trail. It\u2019s been getting worse for a while. And the Leftists keep pushing for more violence. Politicians and media personalities are calling for more people to be shot and killed.<\/p>\n
And just because they ran into a buzz saw when they attacked the ICE center, does not mean they are going to walk away and give up. When terrorists learn they can\u2019t hit hard targets, they change to softer targets. Schools. Churches. Shopping malls. Concerts. The favored targets of terrorists are those that generate high body count and high visibility.<\/p>\n
Most of us grew up in an America where we didn\u2019t have to worry about any of that. I think we\u2019re soon going to find out how rare that was in the world. And I think it\u2019s going to be a long time, if ever, before we are able to rebuild that world for our children or grand children.
