Gen X has a unique sense of humor.<\/p>\n

This week we had a lot of rain in my hometown, and on Friday I let my Gen X flag fly. I welcomed someone walking through my lobby and said it was a beautiful day outside. The person I was saying it to smiled brightly and agreed as she walked out into it.<\/p>\n

I waited for her to walk out, turned to my coworker, and said “she was far too cheerful to pick up on my Gen X sarcasm.” My coworker laughed.<\/p>\n
