I never got a final doctor visit, and many of the plans were in flux when they decided to let me go.  My discharge papers said I should have a six day perscription of antibiotics and they were sending me home with a stool softener.  No stool softener.  And the pharmacy only gave me a four day prescription.  Which was going to end on Saturday.  A weekend.  When the pharmacies are closed.  Color me worried when I realized the problem on Friday.  So I called the hotline and talked to them.  It seems they really did mean for me to run out of antibiotics five days after a life threatening operation.
