They are cousins, you know, and both pretty much live in the water.  The Arnam under it, and the Peloran on top of it.  Though they tend to meet in the middle a lot.  Which is where I come in.  I grew up on the southern shore of Rainy Lake, and I traveled through all the other little lakes, streams, and whatnot on the American-Canadian border.  And that\u2019s where a lot of the blue-skins settled down after Contact.  There are all kinds of small islands dotting those waterways, and many were remote even for us.  Others&#8230;well&#8230;there were dozens of them within just a few miles of my home.
