Reading Order
I have published numerous Jack of Stories. I plan more of them in the future, so I hope you take a look at them.
I try to write most of my stories in a slow march forward in time, but do not always manage it. Reading the books in order of publishing is never wrong, but I lean in the direction of reading them from early to later in the time line.
Below is my suggested reading order:
…
Forge of War – Taking place in 2304, this is the start of the main Jack of Harts story.
Angel Flight, Angel Strike, and Angel War – In 2307, the Western Alliance has decided it is time to counter attack against the enemy. These three stories detail how well, or badly, that goes.
Wolfenheim Rising and Emergent – The first two of three stories detailing the Wolfenheim Project, a plan to build a new colony far out in Alien space. I have finished the third and am looking for ways to publish it.
You can read my short stories at any time you wish, but I do have them lined up chronologically on my short stories page so you can read about Captain William Carter and Captain Jack Hart in the order they appear if you like. I will note that you can find a lot of other very good stories in those anthologies as well, and I’m happy to be in them.

I really enjoyed Wolfenheim Rising and was curious as to when the next jack book is going to be out? Keep up the good work!
wow…sorry…just saw this. I’ve released Angel Flight and am getting close to releasing Angel Strike…:)
Any timeline for the next book? I really enjoyed Forge of War!
I don’t know how long it will take to write the next book. Forge of War took a year and a half, to write and edit and get ready for publishing. Of course, there was a lot of universe creation in that. I’ve got a good start on A Family Affair right now I think, and I’m betting I can push it out of editing quicker than Forge of War. I’m shooting for a year right now to publish the next book.
Now, if you really like the book, might I ask that you leave a review for it? I would love to get some quality reviews of the book up. 🙂
