My mom has been doing the cancer thing for a while now. She did breast cancer a couple decades ago. Skin cancer five years ago. Blood and bone cancer last year. And this year she has skin camcer again, though it is on the inside.

The Mayo Clinic gave her a couple new drugs that kick cancers behind good and fast and brought mom back to normal. Able to walk and use the computer again. And cook. Everything. But one of the possible side effects is reducing neart function. Guess which sode effect she got.

So they took her off that a month ago to let her heart rest, and then put her on another drug. Side effects? Among others, long term bad headaches and confusion of the mind. So now mom’s pain levels are going up, plus she has bad headaches, and she cant concentrate.

So today we have an all day run at the Clinic for tests and consultation. Time to talk to the doctor and get another plan in action. Because this one doesn’t work.
