One of the dangers of modern politics is the outright lies. As one example, the party of slavery, segregation, and racism has spent decades accusing the party that has fought slavery, segregation, and racism for nearly centuries of being racist, and a bevy of other sins, including being literally “Worse Than Hitler.” And Big Media never questions the accusations, but simply asks WHY they are so evil. Now most Americans recognize that they are being lied to, but there are still tens of millions that actually do believe the lies. And when that many people truly believe that their political opponents are literally “Worse Than Hitler,” it makes any attack against them justifiable, including killing them. This makes modern politics very dangerous.
