Breaking free of The System is not easy. It has spoken with one voice all my life. There was talk radio that broke things, but you had to go to it. Then there was Fox News for a time. The Internet. Social media. Then podcasts. There have always been places you can go to get other information, but the Main Stream Media has always been united. They’ve spoken the news that was true, and most people believed it. It’s hard to come to terms with the idea that you’ve been lied to. We all want to belong. We don’t want to be berated for being on the wrong side. And when The System is united in saying what the right side is, it is hard to pick the other one. But over 70 million people broke free of The System and voted against it this year. And that is amazing.
