Tuesday saw the beginning of the confirmation hearings for the President Elect’s appointments. Pete Hegseth was first to take the gauntlet, and after an hours’ long hearing that pitted him against the best and brightest the Democrats had to offer, we now know without a shadow of a doubt that he will not give Trump his advice and consent to appointing them to any positions in the administration. They confirmed their complete and utter lack of any of the attributes we want in our public servants, and we should thank Pete Hegseth for unveiling their utter unsuitability to the task of Making America Great Again.
