Tianjin and Binhai, 61 Cygni if you ask scientists, were home to a mess of Chinese raiding fleets.  When The War ended, we planted observation colonies to verify the treaties were followed.  I always thought we should have sent some nice, quiet people.  No pissing off the Chinese, you know?  Instead we sent a mess of impatient, stubborn, argumentative, complaining, OCD people.  Maybe the bigwigs were right.  They sure don’t have much patience for funny stuff.  Trust me.
