Most people did not recognize the true end game of the Racial Supremacists and Genetic Puritans. They cloaked their beliefs with clinics that promoted the public health as one example. With modern technology we have actually achieved much of the publicly stated goals of those days. We are the healthiest generation of humanity ever born.
