Jack of Harts

The Hurricane Harvey is continuing, and even though he isn’t a Hurricane anymore, he’s still an awful lot of rain, too much wind, and an awful lot of rain.

Dams are filling up, levies are breaking, and they’re having to let some water go in order to keep the entire system from collapsing and flooding everybody out. Both Texas and Louisiana are affected, though Texas of course has taken the brunt.
