Jack of Harts Politics

When I originally started writing Jack of Harts, I had in mind a fractured United States that still mostly stuck together when the going got rough. The whole idea of not really liking each other, but disliking the other guys a lot more. One of the earliest scenes where I revealed this included a Texas flag above a United States flag on an American warship. Absolutely against any flag code of today, but considered normal in the time of Jack. I didn’t really explain anymore than that. I don’t want to have walls of text explaining the politics of Jack, so I left it that and went on. Just a clue to the reader that this is not today’s America. It is subtly different, and that is just okay.

Invasion

Trump ran for election on the idea of closing the border and stopping illegal aliens from entering America, and then he tried to do it. Biden ran promising to open the border again, and he did it on day one. Now Biden says that he needs Congress to write a new bill to give him the power to close the border. He is lying and everybody knows it. If the Biden administration wanted to close the border, they could. They don’t want to. They say Trump’s border was broken because they don’t want to stop illegal immigration. They want to process it. They want the mass migration of new peoples into America. They have said so, on camera, for years. What they don’t want is for us to see it. And they absolutely don’t want entire States declaring it an #Invasion.

The Slave Trade

Over the period of around 300 years, from the late 1400s to the late 1700s when it was outlawed by every civilized nation, the most common estimate is that 12 million slaves were transported to the Americans, with between 5 and 10 percent of that number going to the British North American colonies that became the United States. So somewhere in the neighborhood of 1 million souls were trafficked to what we consider America in three centuries. Reliable estimates say that the Biden administration has worked with foreign criminal cartels to traffic 10 million people under slavery contracts into America in 3 YEARS, while tens of thousands of fighting age men and hundreds of known terrorists come in from unfriendly nations. This is catastrophic to all free civilizations.

Never Forget

Never Forget that Gazan citizens and accredited journalists were not the only people who joined Hamas in attacking Israel on October 7, 2023. United Nations aide workers also joined in. And not only have crowds of thousands of people around the world shouted out in support of killing Jews, of driving them into the sea, but similar crowds have actively chased and even attacked Jews on college campuses throughout the world. And campus presidents have been unable to say that went against campus policies when asked. Never Forget that this is the world Leftist policies have built. Now is the time to tell them this is not acceptable.

Never Forget

Never Forget that on October 7, 2023, Hamas, other terrorist groups, and unaffiliated Gazan citizens, accompanied by accredited journalists of major international news services who wanted to get everything on camera, raped, tortured, murdered, and kidnapped their way through southern Israel. That they promised this was the first of many attacks they planned. That when hostages escaped, they were rounded up by Gazan citizens and returned to Hamas. That people have demonstrated around the world in support of these attacks, chanting calls to kill the Jews. That there are still Americans held hostage by Hamas to this day. Never Forget any of this.
