I grew up playing games like most children. Still play them as an adult. Some of the best games are the ones that mix holographic and hardlight projectors to make the games feel real around the player. Few things are as amazing as being surrounded by a whole new world you’ve never seen before. Also few things as TERRIFYING if you are playing one of THOSE games. Me, I generally enjoyed the games where I got to play a genuine hero, and good in-game partners made it all the better. If the AIs running the partners were good enough, I’d get to feel like I actually knew them, even liked them. Which is why my personal assistant and I pulled some of the characters I liked out of their games and into the real world. My world.
