Most of us were celebrating America’s birthday this weekend. Adults were setting off fireworks. Kids were going to camps. Grilling meat. All the fun things we normal do on the great American holidays. But some people in America were protesting America. A Leftist I know cursed America on social media. Said she knew what she was saying and meant it. An actual curse. And a hex. And numerous of her girlfriends jumped in to join her in cursing America.

And when a horrible flood hit Texas and killed dozens of children, I watched Leftists saying the children deserved it. That because their parents were white, Christian, conservatives who voted for Trump, the children deserved to die. And then the media reported that it was all Trump’s fault because he cut funding to fire weather watchers, so they didn’t have enough people watching the weather, even though they brought in MORE watchers as the storm came in. They straight up made up a story and lied.

These are the monsters we fight. The people who hate American so much they will curse it. Not merely protest, but actual cursing. The people who rejoice at the deaths of children. There are a lot of people I disagree with over a great many things. And they disagree with me. But this is just pure evil. This is praying for death and destruction and then rejoicing when it happens. These are the monsters we fight for the future of America, and we cannot afford to lose if we want our children to grow up in the kind of world we did. If we want our children to live at all. Because they want our children dead because they are our children.
