Most of us grew up in an America where political disagreement was a matter for politics, and live went on in real America. That is not the case anymore. Congressmen shot on the baseball diamond. Police shot on the streets. A presidential candidate shot on the campaign trail. It’s been getting worse for a while. And the Leftists keep pushing for more violence. Politicians and media personalities are calling for more people to be shot and killed.

And just because they ran into a buzz saw when they attacked the ICE center, does not mean they are going to walk away and give up. When terrorists learn they can’t hit hard targets, they change to softer targets. Schools. Churches. Shopping malls. Concerts. The favored targets of terrorists are those that generate high body count and high visibility.

Most of us grew up in an America where we didn’t have to worry about any of that. I think we’re soon going to find out how rare that was in the world. And I think it’s going to be a long time, if ever, before we are able to rebuild that world for our children or grand children. As bad as it is now, remember that they are calling for people to ramp up further. Hang in there. It gets worse.
