Done.

It was a fun story to write. It took me a while to figure it out. A lot of research. The final nail that drove all the way in was finding a real life abandoned Umayyad fortress with a fresco of the Roman goddess Terra in it. I had to ask why the Umayyads had a foreign god in one of their fortresses.

The answer my mind came up with completed the story and it was fun. I hope the editor likes it as much as I do. 🙂
