Jack of Harts

Cats and dogs weren’t the only animals we uplifted you know.  There’s the escaped rats, and horses, dolphins, and a whole mess of others.  We were busy little gengineers back in the day.  We’ve put a lot more controls in place after The War showed us what we could do if we really put our minds to it.  Yeah, not all those projects were all fluffy bunnies and sunshine.  Some got pretty scary in fact.  Here There Be Dragons kinda scary.
